A leading wealth management firm in London is seeking a Learning Experience Designer. This role focuses on creating innovative learning journeys that meet strategic business needs. You will leverage modern technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee development. You will play a lead role in delivering a business-focused, innovative learning offering that builds the skills and capabilities across our organisation to support Quilter in achieving its strategic goals.
You’ll design and deliver innovative, user-centric learning experiences and blend digital learning, instructional design and behavioural insights to create impactful learning journeys.
