Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

About the Company

Our client is an established professional services recruitment agency focusing on supporting businesses to find industry experts globally. They are looking to expand their Manchester team with a new L&D Consultant, working to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads.

Role Overview
  • Design and deliver L&D solutions through various channels including classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Handle training administration, planning, and coordination with management, including training needs analysis.
  • Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress.
  • Assist the Talent Attraction team with onboarding, providing feedback to enhance retention.
  • Manage training programs and analyze/report on their effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success in billings or promotions.
  • Experience in mentoring or training, including coaching groups and individuals.
  • Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience training consultants in Business Development.
