Based in Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
22.5 hours per week
Salary: FTE salary of £39,791 - £44,212 and pro-rata salary of £24,197 - £26,885
Are you an experienced Learning and Development professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact in an organisation whose mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities?
As a Learning and Development Business Partner at B3Living, you will coordinate the corporate training programme, ensuring its alignment with our organisational priorities and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will design and deliver engaging and inclusive learning solutions, lead on the ongoing development of our learning management system, and coordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
We are a social business, based in Hoddesdon and across southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes. We offer services to help our customers live comfortably in their homes and work to maintain our buildings and estates, providing support when finances or age become issues.
