Learning and Development Apprentice (M/F/D)*

We are looking for a Learning and Development Apprentice to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration and Learning and Development. You’ll support the team with administrative tasks, helping shape our employees' growth and development. What you'll be handling:

• Planning, organising, and scheduling training activities
• Maintaining training records and documentation
• Preparing monthly reports relating to training
• Coordinating onboarding for new starters
• Assisting in managing compliance-related training
• Collaborating with external training providers
• Supporting continuous improvement within L&D
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes.

What you'll need:

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above
• Word/Excel experience

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 17500.
