Altrad is seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the delivery of key training and development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to build a career in Learning & Development within a dynamic and growing organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of L&D initiatives, including the management of Altrad’s Leadership Development Programmes. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure high-quality learning experiences that support employee growth and organisational development.
This role is UK based with hybrid working and will require occasional travel to other locations as needed.
