Please note this is an internal vacancy for employees of NHS Golden Jubilee only.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team which provides a customer focused corporate learning service. We are looking for someone who loves learning and helping others to learn. This part time post (12 hours per week) is covering maternity leave for a period of 36 weeks.

The role is project based with a specific focus on designing and delivering a new management development course to enhance and support our current management development programmes at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a learning and development setting. With experience of designing, delivering and evaluating high impact learning and development programmes (virtual, face to face).

We would welcome internal applications or on a secondment basis from other boards.
