The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our team. You will love learning and helping others to learn in creative and dynamic ways. Our firm has a thriving learning culture and you’ll be a part of our progressive, award-winning, and collaborative L&D team.

The role will involve designing and delivering a range of soft skills and leadership programmes, delivered face-to-face and virtually. You will enjoy working on various projects aligned with our firm’s strategy (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, Digital, Leadership, and Engagement).

From time to time, you will need to travel to our other office locations (London and Birmingham).

You should have:

  • Experience designing and delivering a range of programmes
  • Understanding of how good learning contributes to commercial success
  • Excellent project management and technology skills
  • Knowledge of psychometrics and their use in development, including insights discovery, emotional intelligence, and team models

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and measure learning programmes, both face-to-face and virtual
  • Deliver individual and team coaching to a high standard (once qualified)
  • Contribute to key L&D projects supporting strategic imperatives
  • Utilize data to promote a diverse & inclusive approach and benchmark against best practices
  • Manage stakeholders, working closely with Business Leaders and HRBPs to assess relevant learning needs
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism across all areas of L&D, including digital, face-to-face, suppliers, and curated materials

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualification is advantageous but not essential
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential
  • Qualified or keen to become a qualified coach
