We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help us recruit the teams who make the difference, every day, in our schools and children's homes.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated Learning and Development team, based at our beautiful location in Lupton. You will play a vital role in coordinating training, maintaining accurate learning records, and ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for all employees.

As a primary point of contact for Learning and Development, you will deliver friendly and efficient support to both internal teams and external partners. You'll manage training calendars, coordinate events with training providers and venues, and handle administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders and managing invoices. Using our Learning Management System, you will ensure learning data is accurate and up to date, while supporting new employees with onboarding and access to E-learning platforms.

You'll also support apprenticeship enrolment and work closely with managers and CPD officers to make sure training runs smoothly and effectively. Your attention to detail will help keep delegate lists current, send timely reminders, and prepare training materials. By producing accurate reports and reviewing feedback, you'll contribute to continuous improvements in our Learning and Organisational Development processes.
