Knowledge, skills, and training
Essential criteria
  • RSA Level 2, or equivalent level of IT skill.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent knowledge of office procedures.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
Job specific experience
Essential criteria
  • Previous experience in a similar role, admin, and/or customer service.
  • Organizing meetings & minute-taking skills.
Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge of RiO, NHS systems.
Information Technology
Essential criteria
  • IT skills, usually obtained through practice or training, or demonstrable experience of using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to RSA II or equivalent standard.
