A Ministry of Justice business is seeking two Learning and Development Administrators to ensure adherence to processes and maintain administration systems. Job Role: Learning and Development Administrator x2

Location:

United Kingdom - Home based with occasional travel to London

Salary:

£27,945.35 per annum

Contract:

Permanent, full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Interview Dates:

Interviews will be held on 18th and 19th August 2025.

We are recruiting 2 Learning and Development Administrators at GFSL. Are you an experienced, motivated administration professional with a track record in ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to and administration systems maintained? GFSL is a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, focusing on security, safety, and prisoner reintegration.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. CIPD Level 3 - Desirable
  3. L&D experience - Desirable
  4. Good standard of Maths and excellent English (including process drafting) - Essential
  5. Excellent organisational skills, time management, ability to work to deadlines - Essential
  6. Very good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Essential
  7. Customer service experience/qualification - Desirable
