Job summary

Castle Mead Academy in Leicester is seeking a Learning and Behaviour Mentor to join our Pastoral Care Team. You will be dedicated to supporting scholars and upholding the academy ethos, with a no excuses approach to ensure every child receives the very best offer in a calm, orderly environment.

This permanent, full-time role is paid within LG Band 4 (pro-rata £24,745–£26,379; FTE £27,489–£29,303). Closing date 18 September 2026; interviews in September 2026; start date to be confirmed.
