Learning & Development Trainer:

We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a fast-paced, growing business as their first dedicated L&D Trainer. With a suite of software products used across multiple teams, we need someone curious, confident, and collaborative – someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build meaningful learning experiences from scratch.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and delivering engaging product training across the business – via Teams, face-to-face, or in a classroom setting.
• Working closely with subject matter experts to truly understand each of the company’s products, tailoring training to suit different audiences.
• Creating all supporting materials – from onboarding content to detailed user guides and learning pathways.
• Developing initiatives that support long-term growth: career development frameworks, succession planning, and skills matrices.
• Championing a culture of continuous learning in a business that’s evolving fast.
