Role Information

The employability provision supports individuals seeking re-entry into employment through various courses. Our goal is to expand this division by increasing learner starts across community venues. As a Learner Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for driving learner starts and enrolling participants into programs. The role involves visiting events, job centers, and community venues, requiring face-to-face communication to generate interest.

Role Location: Although listed as Marston Green B37 7AB, this is a field-based role covering the West Midlands region.

Duties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations.
  • Identify and promote courses to learners and referral sources.
  • Engage with potential learners, providing accurate information, advice, and guidance, and record activities.
  • Conduct initial assessments and communicate support requirements.
  • Maintain learner tracking details and coordinate with tutors and assessors.
  • Support learner tracking post-completion into positive destinations for 26 weeks.
  • Respond to client inquiries and support their needs.
  • Attend promotional and careers events to promote Learning Curve Group.
  • Complete recruitment documentation accurately and timely.
  • Operate in line with company values and policies, including safeguarding and health & safety.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Provide support, advice, and guidance to learners, customers, and colleagues.
  • Promote equal opportunities and diversity.
