A community-focused educational charity in Leicester is seeking a Learner Hub Receptionist to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and visitors. This role will assist with administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service at the reception desk. The general purpose of the role is to ensure that the learning centre is a safe and positive environment for staff, students, visitors, and contractors.
As the Learner Hub Receptionist, you will be based onsite, enabling the building to run smoothly and efficiently by providing support and guidance to all users. You will also ensure all statutory requirements are met and documented, maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive space that fosters a great site culture for staff, students, visitors, and contractors.
You will provide administrative support to site users and the wider Estates and Health and Safety team. This may include supporting the administration of security systems, ensuring accurate visitor records, keeping health and safety checks up to date, assisting tutors with their requirements, and supporting visitors. You will be based at our reception desk and deliver excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues alike. This is a new and key role in our Scunthorpe office.
