My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in training who will soon be hitting the roads. Due to COVID-19 test centre backlogs, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction. Over the past 12 months, our driving instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand. Additionally, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Are you reliable, punctual, patient, and possess good customer service skills? Do you enjoy working with new people? If yes, then this could be the right career for you. We have recruited individuals from industries such as driving (HGV, delivery, van, LGV, bus), finance (managers, accountants, analysts, supervisors, directors), IT (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering), health (care assistants, managers, trainers, medical professionals), and education (teachers, assistants, admin staff, lecturers).

We provide full training, conducted locally whenever possible. Our pass rates are above the industry average, and we refund all training fees when you work with us.

To qualify as a driving instructor, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have held a full UK driving license (or approved foreign license) for at least 2.5 years
• Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your license
