Job Description

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in our training programme who will be hitting the roads soon. Due to COVID-19-related test centre backlogs, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction. Over the past 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand. Additionally, over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some up to 6 months long. This is an excellent time to consider becoming a driving instructor.

Are you reliable, punctual, patient, and possess good customer service skills? Do you enjoy working with new people? If yes, this could be your new career. We welcome applicants from various industries, including:

1. Driving industry (HGV, delivery, van, LGV, bus drivers)
2. Finance industry (managers, accountants, analysts, supervisors, directors)
3. IT industry (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering, development)
4. Health industry (care assistants, managers, trainers, medical staff)
5. Education industry (teachers, teaching assistants, admin officers, PAs, lecturers)

Full training is provided, conducted locally whenever possible. Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we offer a refund of all training fees when you work with us.

To qualify as a Driving Instructor, you must:

1. Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
2. Not have been banned from driving in the last 4 years
3. Have no more than 6 points on your licence
