Join My Four Wheels - A Leading Driving School in the UK

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in training who will soon be hitting the roads.

Due to COVID-related test centre backlogs, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction. Over the past 12 months, our Driving Instructors have seen their hourly rates increase by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Furthermore, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. Now is a fantastic time to consider becoming a driving instructor.

Who can become a Driving Instructor?

We have recruited individuals from various industries, including:

  • Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
  • Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
  • IT industry (IT support, cybersecurity, web designer, engineers, web developer)
  • Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctor, nurse)
  • Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)

Full training is provided, conducted as locally as possible. Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we also offer a refund of all training fees when you work with us.

Minimum requirements to become a Driving Instructor:
  • Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
  • Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
  • Have no more than 6 points on your licence
