Eakin Healthcare Group is seeking a Lean Specialist to join our Cardiff facility, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will drive continuous improvement across Ostomy Operations, Production, Bulk Warehouse, and Respond, delivering hands‑on Lean execution with a focus on safety, quality and productivity.

You will lead and train teams in Lean tools, map value streams, and develop clear implementation plans, continually monitoring benefits and progress across sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Lean/continuous improvement role.
• Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
• Lead value‑stream mapping and Lean assessments to diagnose opportunities.
• Plan and run continuous improvement events using Lean methodologies.
• Teach and coach cross‑functional teams on Lean tools and methods.
• Monitor implementation of solutions and ensure benefits are realized.
