Safran Landing Systems in Gloucester, England, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to energise and accelerate improvements across landing systems production. You will apply Lean Sigma tools to improve cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction while engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Required are proven CI experience in aerospace/industrial settings, Lean Six-Sigma proficiency, and strong project/change management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in continuous improvement within operational roles in aerospace/industrial environments.
• Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and toolsets in production settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Minitab (statistical software).
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project and/or change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and change projects within our landing systems production operations.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate change projects and secure buy-in.
• Apply Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies to production operations.
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
