Job summary

Safran is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive strategic CI initiatives across the organisation. You will mentor teams, implement Lean Sigma practices, and partner with senior stakeholders to achieve cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and change projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management including senior management.
• Proven Lean and Six-Sigma toolset expertise.
• Experience in an aerospace or industrial environment (Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality).
• Expertise in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate creation of strategic deployment plans for business functions.
• Lead and support improvement plans and CI interventions.
• Drive cross-functional CI projects across the organisation.
• Coordinate events like One Safran, Kaizen, problem solving workshops and Business Process Re-engineering.
• Act as a CI Business Focal for one or more areas across the organisation.
• Coach Green Belts, operational teams and individuals in Lean Sigma and change management.
