gevernova is recruiting an Lean Leader to provide tactical and operational support at the Stafford Manufacturing facility. You will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Lean, industrialisation, manufacturing and inventory strategies aligned with business goals.

The role focuses on order entry, scheduling, production flow, capacity improvement and visual management. You will lead cross-functional teams and partner with engineering, supply chain and quality to achieve

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant trade with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record leading Kaizen events and end-to-end Value Stream Maps.
• Experience implementing and sustaining Daily Management systems.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to coach and influence teams to embed Lean culture.

Mansioni

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives impacting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP).
• Lead and coach site-wide Daily Management from Level 0 through Level 3.
• Apply Lean methodologies including Kaizen and structured problem solving.
• Lead cross-functional teams during Kaizen, Lean and Work-Out events.
• Develop and improve Value Stream Maps to identify opportunities for flow and productivity.
• Implement Lean strategies: setup reduction, 5S, standardised work, and inventory reduction.
• Establish Lean performance and visual management systems.
• Analyse issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop improvement plans with measurable results.
• Support production preparation and 3P activities with the Moonshine team.
• Identify opportunities to improve capacity, cycle times and efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality to align Lean initiatives.
