Job summary

SGN is seeking a Lean Central Practice Team Member to embed Lean thinking across the organisation. You will work with the Lean Lead and Lean Managers to deliver Lean initiatives and support regional teams in making improvements.

Develop your Lean knowledge to Green belt level, assist with communication and initiative trackers, and support the Lean Lead in ongoing activity across multiple regions. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence.
• Knowledge of MS Suite of tools (Excell, Power Apps, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support regions with continuous improvement projects, co-owning initiatives.
• Develop knowledge to Green belt level (minimum).
• Support Lean skills development and use of Lean tools.
• Assist Lean Lead with initiative documentation and communications.
• Provide support to Lean Lead.
