We are currently seeking a Lean Manager Manufacturing - F/M/X to join our team in Manchester.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Continuous Improvement Projects: Manage continuous improvement projects on production lines within the chemistry and agro-food sectors.
  2. Project Management: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing processes.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  4. Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Training: Provide training and support to team members on lean methodologies and best practices.

Your Profile:

  1. Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in chemistry or pharmaceuticals is a plus but not mandatory.
  2. Language Skills: Proficient in English.
  3. Nationality: UK nationality or resident permit required.
  4. Notice Period: 2 to 3 months notice period.
  5. Remote Work: Some remote work is possible.
