As our Lean Leader, you will be the go-to expert, transforming our manufacturing processes from the ground up. You will work closely with our industrial teams, sharing your expertise, and leading by example. Your mission is to embed a Lean continuous improvement mindset into every corner of our operations, ensuring efficiency and innovation are central to our culture. You will drive tactical transformations, deliver impactful training sessions, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Be the spearhead of change and the voice of Lean within our manufacturing operations.
We are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for driving change and empowering teams. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in Lean manufacturing and strong knowledge of Lean tools and practices.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Expertise in flow improvement techniques.
The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
