We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Facilitator to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position, home-based with significant travel required to various sites across the UK and Europe.

Your will be working across manufacturing, aerospace, and rail industries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering and embedding Lean methodologies across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Lean training programs to various sites across the UK and Europe.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote and implement Lean principles.

Work closely with teams to embed Lean methodologies and drive continuous improvement.

Provide expert guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of Lean practices.

Develop and update training materials to reflect best practices and innovations in Lean methodologies.

Monitor and report on the progress of Lean implementation and its impact on operational performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Lean Facilitator or similar role in the manufacturing, aerospace, or rail industries.

Extensive knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.

Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a travel schedule, with approximately 65% onsite delivery.

Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.

Circa £70K base dependent on skills and experience
