Tyson Roofing is seeking an experienced leading hand and motivated roofer to join our team.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of extensive, long-term experience in metal profile roofing installation. This experience is essential for consideration. The ideal candidate will have tray roofing experience, demonstrate high attention to detail, and show consistency in attendance and team leadership abilities.

This position offers potential advancement into wider management roles for candidates who display skill, leadership qualities, and consistent performance over time.

Additional notes about the role include:

1. Candidates with less than 3 years of leading hand experience are not eligible to apply.
2. A full driver’s license is mandatory; a vehicle will be provided.
3. All necessary power tools will be supplied.
4. This is an employment (wages) role only; we do not hire contractors.
5. The pay rate starts at $38.00/hour and can increase up to $44.00/hour based on experience.
6. 20 days of holiday pay annually.
7. 10 sick days annually.
8. Work hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings, which are rare.
