A global special situations investment firm with approximately $22 billion in assets under management (AUM) is expanding its real estate platform. The firm is looking to hire 1–2 Associates and one VP-level investment professional to support its growth.

The DACH region is a key focus market. The team seeks a German-speaking Associate to work closely with senior leadership on transactions and portfolio management. This role is suitable for someone with around 1–2 years of investing experience who wants to accelerate their learning and responsibility in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run financial models and support underwriting for real estate investments across Europe
• Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Support asset management and performance monitoring for existing investments
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
• Work across various asset classes and deal types within the real estate strategy

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, real estate investing, or private equity
• Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership in a small, high-performing team
