Leadership Trainer - Maria Mallaband Care Group

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership Trainer to join the team at Maria Mallaband Care Group. Working as part of the Learning & Development Team, you will provide L&D within the MMCG Elevating Excellence Leadership Academy.

Reporting to our Group Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you’ll collaborate with functions across the business to support the creation, delivery, and evaluation of effective Leadership programmes.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop training programs and materials suited to the needs of leadership colleagues in our homes and the wider business.
  2. Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions, workshops, and webinars on various topics.
  3. Promote, encourage, and champion high-quality care-specific leadership through engaging learning and coaching sessions.
  4. Work with stakeholders to identify leadership training gaps and develop learning solutions for the Leadership Academy.
  5. Forecast learning needs and respond through facilitation, teaching, and coaching.

About You

  1. At least 5 years of experience in Health & Social Care, Customer Service, or Education sector.
  2. 5 years of experience in training delivery.
  3. Understanding of care home operations and leadership structures, including the role of a registered manager.
  4. Knowledge of leadership principles and best practices.
  5. Experience in conducting training needs analysis.
  6. Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to attain one.
