We are seeking to hire a Leadership & Talent Specialist to play an integral role in the team. The role of the Leadership & Talent Specialist is to manage the end-to-end design and delivery of leadership and talent interventions aligned to the Global Leadership Development Strategy, working in partnership with Leadership Consultants, and Learning and Performance Business Partners. It is also responsible for uncovering/implementing strategies to anticipate and respond to future leadership needs. The role encompasses both advisory and delivery aspects: consulting senior leaders on the leadership requirements necessary for executing Vodafone’s global and local business strategies and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
