Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Leadership Support Assistant to provide professional administrative support to Executive Councillors. The role offers hybrid working and a fixed-term contract of 18 months, with a starting salary in the £26k range.

In this busy environment, you will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners to support councillors in service delivery.

About The Role

We are looking for a Leadership Support Assistant full time to provide a professional, proactive and efficient personal administrative support service to Executive Councillors:

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Diary management/prioritising and meeting deadlines
  • IT skills
  • Experience of working flexibly and under pressure
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Team working

This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role.
