What You'll Be Doing

• Own Your Shift: Lead a team of production operators, ensure smooth daily operations, manage planning, resourcing, and shift admin, and promote safety and quality standards.
• Lead and Motivate: Conduct 1-to-1s, team coaching, support training plans, and build team morale.
• Get Hands-On: Be a visible, proactive shift leader working directly on the shop floor to troubleshoot operational issues.
