National Grid is hiring a Leadership Development Manager to join the Performance and Development team to lead on the development and delivery of solutions for our Strategic Leadership Group (SLG).
As a Leadership Development Manager you will be highly experienced in leadership development best practice as well as event planning and management.
If you have previous experience within performance and development and have excellent external and internal stakeholder relationship management skills we would love to hear from you!
The role requires an individual who can work with overlapping complexities, differing geographical requirements, and a future-fit approach to performance and development.
This role will be based from our London office (located at the Strand) and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
A competitive salary between £66,000 - £82,000 – dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary,you will receivea bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
