A leading public health organization is seeking a Leadership and Culture Trainer to help shape leadership and culture at the London Ambulance Service. The role involves delivering engaging development programmes and supporting the creation of inclusive leaders. Ideal candidates have a degree, relevant teaching qualifications, and experience in learning and development. Competitive salary offered with a commitment to community diversity.
Join us in shaping the future of leadership at LAS! We are passionate about unlocking potential, inspiring others, and creating lasting cultural change. We want to play a pivotal role in developing our leaders. If so, we'd love to hear from you!
At the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, we are on an ambitious journey to transform leadership through our Centre of Excellence for Leadership and Culture (CELC) - our very own in-house leadership development programme, proudly recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
We are looking for an exceptional Leadership and Culture Trainer to join our multi-award winning Organisational Development and Talent Management (OD&TM) team. This is not a typical training role - this is your chance to be part of a movement that is shaping culture, embedding values, and building a pipeline of inclusive, compassionate leaders who can thrive in the complexity of our Ambulance Service.
Our mission at LAS is to become an increasingly inclusive, well-led and highly skilled organisation people are proud to work for.
Our vision is to deliver outstanding emergency and urgent care whenever and wherever needed for everyone in London, 24/7, 365 days a year. Our strategy 2023-2028 outlines how we plan to achieve this, and is centred upon three missions focused on:
Qualifications
Experience
Knowledge and Skills
We offer a salary of £46,419 to £55,046 a year inc HCAS per annum pro rata.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
