Job Description
Join us at a pivotal time as we embed our EA2030 vision, drive culture change, and roll out our Capability Framework to help 14,000 people grow and thrive. We’re looking for a credible, creative, Organisational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) professional to help us enable inclusive leadership and build the capabilities we need for tomorrow.
You’ll work at the centre of our Leadership & Talent Team, influencing how we grow leaders, support people through change, and create space for reflection, learning and connection across the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and shape talent and leadership development priorities aligned to EA2030 and our People Strategy.
- Roll out and embed our Capability Framework and associated tools.
- Design inclusive development offers in collaboration with HR, senior leaders and external partners, operating within agreed government frameworks.
- Evaluate our development offers to ensure that they have the desired impact and provide a good return on investment
- Enable succession planning and system-wide capability building.
- Use insight, relationships and evidence to support culture change and workforce resilience in a VUCA environment.
The team
People and Inclusion is a delivery focused team within Strategy Transformation and Assurance, delivering effective services for our customers and people to enable more sustainable EA2030 outcomes.
This role is within the Leadership and Capability team focused on delivering the People Strategy (see attached information), in particular the objective ‘investing in your capability and growth’. The role will be aligned to the work stream of Leadership and Talent.
Experience/skills Required
Essential:
- Experience in Organisational Development, talent or leadership development, with an inclusive and systems-thinking approach.
- A strong track record of collaborating across boundaries and influencing senior stakeholders
- A proactive, people-focused mindset: you enjoy helping others grow.
- The ability to quality assure, design and deliver strategic, user-centred solutions that drive impact.
- Project Management skills and experience - planning and delivering work packages with others to quality, time and budget.
- Building effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external partners
- Experience of working in a learning and development or Organisational Development environment
- Independent problem solving and effective decision making, with the ability to self-start and lead others.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of behavioural and cultural change methodologies

As a national role the office location is flexible. The role may require travel for meetings. Overnight stays may also be necessary occasionally.
