An Integrated Care System based in Dartford is seeking a Leadership and Organisational Development Consultant. The role entails designing and implementing leadership programs, providing consultancy support, and embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in organizational practice. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree, an accredited coaching qualification, and significant experience in delivering effective organizational development in complex environments. This role offers a salary range of £57,888 to £64,880 per annum.
The post holder will report to the Head of EDI Learning & OD and will have responsibility for delivering key programmes which support our people strategy e.g. leadership and management, coaching and mentoring. The post holder will support programmes to drive improvements in culture, performance and organisational effectiveness, working closely with the People Directorate Leadership Team. This will include supporting system changes and building organisational skills and capability.
You will lead and develop our leadership and management development programmes, working closely with development and improvement specialists across the trust. The post holder will also play a proactive role in translating strategic intent and direction into impactful programmes including contributing to the delivery of the NHS People Plan.

Specific Responsibilities
Strategy and Development
Embed principles from the Trust Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy within the leadership development, talent and OD offer.
Provide OD business partnering support to teams undergoing complex change.
Ensure strong relationships are created with divisional and directorate colleagues in order to ensure contribution to L&D programme offer
Prepare and present reports to senior groups that demonstrate impact and return on investment of OD activity in relation to the People Strategy
Take a strategic lead on OD related projects and development plans, working with Trust wide groups and EDI champions to deliver organisational projects
Represent the Trust at and support at, local, regional and national OD networking groups, utilising good practice and supporting collaborative approaches to OD.
Adopt a consultancy approach and work with the Head of EDI Learning & OD to design, develop, implement and evaluate organisational development interventions at individual, team and organisational level
Monitor and report on the use of data and EDI monitoring; using existing systems and developing own systems
Proactively build relationships across the organisation to ensure the creation of relevant interventions and solutions through developing an understanding of context, challenges and pressures
Utilise diagnostic tools to enable teams to develop a deeper understanding of their challenges and circumstances
