Subject Leader of Religious Education - North East Sheffield - Permanent or Temp-to-Perm - September Start

Academics, a specialist teaching agency, is working on behalf of a Sheffield secondary school to find an inspiring Subject Leader of Religious Education for a permanent or temp-to-perm role starting in September.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader to join a dedicated Humanities department. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate students, helping them develop into aspirational, informed, and compassionate global citizens with a deeper understanding of the world around them.

The Role

• Position: Subject Leader of Religious Education
• Start Date: September
• Contract: Permanent or temp-to-perm
• Location: North East Sheffield - work in a welcoming and supportive school.
• Pay: £150 - £230 per day (temp-to-perm) or appropriate pay scale for permanent roles.

• A qualified Religious Education Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience leading or contributing to curriculum development.
• A passion for Religious Education and the ability to engage and inspire students.
• A commitment to education and training excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
