A professional football club is seeking a Lead Youth Development Phase Coach (U13 - U14) to develop elite players and support their transition to higher levels of football. The role requires a UEFA A Coaching Licence and offers benefits including complimentary meals and training opportunities. Work location is the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends
