Job summary

Modus, a key player in the Workplace Futures Group, seeks a Senior Designer to lead workplace design projects from concept through delivery, shaping environments that reflect client culture and brand.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with clients and technical specialists, and contribute to business-winning pitches and presentations in a collaborative Design & Build environment that values sustainability, wellbeing and innovation.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related discipline.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and project delivery.
Experience leading workplace design projects and client presentations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead design and creative development of workplace projects from concept to delivery.
Develop concepts, space plans and design narratives reflecting client brand.
Present proposals to clients and key stakeholders with confidence.
Produce mood boards, visuals and design documentation.
Collaborate with technical designers, project managers and delivery teams.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to pitches and tenders.
Stay informed on trends, sustainability and wellbeing in design.
