The Royal Caribbean Group’s (Shipboard HR Strategy & Services) Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Team Lead, Shipboard HR Strat&Svcs-Marine reporting to the Manager, Shipboard HR Strategy & Services.
Position is onsite and based in Weybridge, UK
Position Summary:
This position reports to Manager, Shipboard HR Strategy & Services. In this position, the Team Leader is responsible to lead the team of Specialists, Analysts, or Coordinators who provide workforce Marine scheduling services. These services meet the operational guidelines from the Manager and Fleet Operations Management and provide the workforce needs of the fleet. The Team Leader ensures that the team complies with the guidance, SOPs, and training established by the department to meet Fleet Marine Par Levels; operational initiatives required for scheduling, and the placement of new hires. Provides on-the-job training and identifies the best recruitment sources for the specific needs. Partners with Management and Planning to proactively schedule for heavy travel seasons, restrictions, limited travel periods, or other instances where workforce needs increase.
