The People Pod in Bolton is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee our busy Windows & Doors Installations teams. Move off the tools and into a leadership role while using your trade knowledge to guide fitters and ensure high quality work.

You will manage multiple installation teams, organize stock and deliveries, and supervise customer remedials, vans, and compliance, with clear progression and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally: background in fitting windows/doors or joinery.
• Leadership ability - supervised teams or mentored apprentices.
• Organised, detail-focused, proactive.
• Thrives on problem-solving and keeping operations smooth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple installation teams
• Ensure jobs are completed right the first time, with quality and efficiency
• Organise stock, deliveries, and depot housekeeping
• Deal directly with customers to arrange remedials and resolve any issues
• Keep vans and teams fully equipped and compliant
• Be hands-on in problem-solving without being on the tools full-time
