Job Opportunity: Technical Lead in Software Development

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to code, provide technical leadership, and mentorship. You will influence system design, promote engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

We are looking for a passionate and technically capable professional who applies quality as a standard across the entire SDLC. With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, you have previously implemented engineering best practices and are ready to drive technical direction while remaining hands-on with development. You are a confident communicator, collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, and enjoy fostering technical growth across teams. Key requirements include:

1. Writing clean, scalable, well-tested code in line with architectural standards.
2. Conducting peer code reviews and providing constructive feedback to raise quality standards.
3. Liaising with Product Owners to ensure technical alignment with feature goals.
4. Working with the professional services team on customer-driven custom development.
5. Working within Agile standards.
6. Experience with Entity Framework.
