Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a Lead Web Designer to own and shape the website experience. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across design, engineering and marketing to build a website that fuels the brand's growth.

This high-impact role offers ownership and the chance to influence the entire digital presence. You will lead design from concept to launch, develop scalable design systems, and work closely with developers to realise ideas, while supporting campaigns and landing

Qualifications

• Strong experience in web, digital, product or visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrates exceptional design standards.
• Experience creating modern websites and digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership, autonomy and building things properly.
