Working within the depot reporting to the Operations Managers and Health & Safety Advisor, the Lead Warehouse Trainer will ensure that all training, including working processes, manual handling, and MHE training, is delivered to the required standard. The role involves maintaining training records for all colleagues, delivering professional training and development, and supporting managers, warehouse trainers, and colleagues in their daily duties. During peak times, you may be required to work within the warehouse and support business needs. The role may also involve occasional travel for training delivery and personal development, including attending training and meetings.
Extra responsibility premium will be added on top of hourly wage during training.
