Pertemps Solihull is seeking a Lead Warehouse Operative to oversee daily operations at a busy Solihull distribution facility. You will coordinate picking for deliveries, assist drivers with loading and unloading, and uphold stock control and health and safety standards. This full-time, temp-to-perm role offers £13.50 to £14.50 per hour, Monday to Friday, day shift, with progression opportunities. We are recruiting for a reliable and motivated lead, in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or storage setting.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive and self-motivated.
• Experience with stock control, picking and goods-in/goods-out processes.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a physically demanding environment.
• Flexible and willing to undertake varied tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
