Job summary

Farmfoods is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader (Chargehand) for our brand new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. You will lead a fast-paced warehouse team, plan staffing, and ensure safety and high quality service across shifts.

• Maximise efficiency by planning and adjusting staffing to meet daily warehouse needs.

• Conduct performance reviews and identify development or succession needs.
• Monitor operational reports and escalate issues to Warehouse Manager.
• Induct new starters and develop multi-skilled teams through coaching and training.
• Ensure SOP compliance and maintain high customer focus and service.
