Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd is seeking Hygiene Operatives for the new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role offers 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, with shifts from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 and weekend work on occasion.

Permanent full-time positions are available, with part-time options possible. Hourly pay is £13.69 for day shifts and £14.85 for late shifts, with benefits including 30 days annual leave, staff discount, life assurance, pension, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit for a demanding role.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Friendly, positive, and hard-working attitude expected.
• Counterbalance licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the warehouse on a day-to-day basis, including waste handling.
• Collecting recyclable materials and operating the bailer.
• Addressing spills and hazards promptly and reporting damages.
