Rebellion is seeking a Lead VFX Artist to drive real-time visual effects across an upcoming project. You will lead a growing VFX team, mentor artists, and shape technical directions in our Asura-powered pipeline.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in real-time VFX with a cohesive visual style.
• Leadership experience guiding VFX teams, mentoring staff and setting quality standards.
• Ability to define and communicate a clear VFX vision that supports gameplay and storytelling.
• Strong collaboration with art, design and engineering leadership to align VFX with project goals.
• Experience defining scalable workflows and pipelines for production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the creative vision and technical direction for real-time VFX across the project.
• Guide, inspire, and mentor a team of VFX artists, ensuring high-quality standards and consistent visual language.
• Partner with art, design, and engineering leadership to align VFX with gameplay, storytelling, and project goals.
• Establish and maintain workflows, pipelines, and best practices for team productivity.
• Provide feedback and foster career growth within the team.
