Lead Veterinary Surgeon – Lincolnshire

Are you an RCVS accredited Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge as Lead Vet? Then look no further! Our client seeks a candidate with extensive experience in supporting Schedule 3 procedures and conducting nurse consultations, who possesses strong clinical leadership skills and excels in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care, creating accurate treatment plans and estimates for clients, mentoring and developing your team, managing clinical handovers, and arranging necessary patient transfers. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to support best practices and drive company goals.

The practice is excellently located within the Scunthorpe area and is close to major roads and transport links, making it an easy commute from surrounding areas. You will also enjoy excellent local amenities in and around the town centre and be surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty.
