Job summary

CVS Vets is seeking a Head Veterinary Surgeon at Wythall Veterinary Centre in Birmingham. This FTC maternity cover role is full-time (40 hours) with options for part-time discussion and no out-of-hours.

You will lead a supportive, experienced team of Vets, VCAs and nurses, delivering high standards of animal care in a well-equipped, patient-focused practice. You will drive clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and coordinate complex cases while fostering a positive practice culture and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinary surgeon with strong clinical capability and mentoring skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities within a veterinary team.
• Ability to drive high standards of patient and client care.
