• Lead Veterinary role at an independent, innovative, small animal first opinion practice
• Excellent facilities on offer including Radiology, an In-house laboratory, Haematology, Biochemistry, Basic Orthopaedics, Cardiology and more
• No OOH
• Amazing salary up to £85,000


We are currently working with a well-established independent veterinary practice that is in search of a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their esteemed clinical team. Situated on the border of Kent and Southeast London, this practice has a rich history of serving the local community for many years, garnering a loyal client base and a diverse range of pets.


As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at this thriving practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch veterinary care to the local community. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take the next steps in their veterinary career.


Located in a modern town with outstanding transportation links and a wealth of amenities, this practice is deeply integrated into the local community. Their commitment to independence has fostered strong client relationships, resulting in a wide-ranging clinical caseload to keep you engaged and challenged on a daily basis.


The practice boasts comprehensive facilities and resources to support your work. This includes Radiology, an In-house laboratory, Haematology, Biochemistry, Basic Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Full Operating Theatres, and more. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that you can provide the highest level of care to your patients.


You will be joining a team of 4 experienced Veterinary Surgeons who are dedicated to delivering excellence in veterinary care. The support staff at this practice are exceptional, ensuring that you have the assistance and collaboration you need to excel in your role.


The practice is interested in hearing from individuals who are confident in handling all aspects of a first opinion setting. Your experience and expertise will be valued as you contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.

The Rota:
• Full time – 5 day week (Part time and 4 longer days will be considered)
• Different shifts: 2 Ops days 8am – 4.30pm, 2 days 9am – 5.30pm and 1 later shift 11am – 7.30pm
• Only 1:4 Saturday mornings (9am – 1pm)
• No OOH
